Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Please allow 1 -5 days for processing time after payment is finalized. All products will be received between 2-4 weeks AFTER processing time. All products will be delivered via USPS.

Personalized or customized products will take longer, please continually check your email for updates regarding your items.

As always, please feel free to contact us if you have not received your items within 5 days after scheduled arrival date.

Return & Exchange Policy

For all returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for costs of return shipping. We recommend you return your items using an insured and traceable method. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during the return transit. Special order items that have been ordered specifically at your request may not be returned. These items may include but limited to signed copies, personalized items, and more. If you receive your order and find an item to be missing, incorrect or damaged please contact the store within 7 days, so that we may address and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Make sure that you supply pictures of any damaged items.

All returns require either the original receipt or a gift receipt. Unpackaged items and plush are NOT returnable.
